  • Our total liability to you shall be limited to the greater of: (a) what you paid to us in the last twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) $100.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Liquidstreams, LLC, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses due to:

  • Your use of the Site;
  • Your violation of these Terms; or
  • Your infringement of any third party’s rights.

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Nevada.
• Any disputes in connection with these Terms must be filed in the state or federal courts located in Carson City, Nevada.

  • If a court finds a part of these Terms to be invalid or unenforceable the remaining provisions will still apply.
  • These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Liquidstreams, LLC regarding your use of the Site.
  • They supersede any prior agreements or promises, whether written or oral.
